Shine Airways India Pvt. Ltd. offers curated travel packages designed to meet the diverse needs of leisure, business, and premium travelers. Our policy ensures transparency, fairness, and convenience throughout your travel experience.
Types of Packages
We offer various package categories tailored to suit different preferences and budgets:
- Platinum Package: Premium luxury experiences with business/first-class travel, 5-star accommodations, exclusive guided tours, and VIP services.
- Gold Package: Balanced itineraries with 3/4-star hotels, daily breakfast, guided sightseeing, and personal leisure time.
- Silver Package: Affordable travel with quality accommodations and essential inclusions for budget-conscious travelers.
- Business Package: Designed for corporate clients with work-friendly hotels, meeting arrangements, and concierge support.
Payment Terms
To confirm and process travel bookings with Shine Airways India Pvt. Ltd., a structured payment schedule is followed to ensure seamless service delivery.
At Shine Airways India Pvt. Ltd., we follow a transparent and phased payment structure to ensure a smooth booking experience for our valued customers. An advance payment of 10% of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking process. A subsequent payment of 45% must be completed within 3 to 5 working days from the date of booking confirmation.
Upon finalization of hotel accommodations and ground transport services, an additional 25% is to be remitted. The remaining 20% balance is payable on the day of departure. For select high-demand services or peak season travel, full advance payment may be necessary to secure reservations. All transactions must be completed using approved payment methods such as UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or digital wallets, as specified during the booking process.
Packages Cancellation Policy
At Shine Airways India Pvt. Ltd., we understand that travel plans can change, and our Packages Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness. For standard holiday packages, cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date will not incur any charges. Cancellations between 25 to 30 days prior will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, while those made between 20 to 25 days before departure will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations requested within 4 days of the travel date are eligible for only a 50% refund, and those made 3 days or fewer before departure will receive a 30% refund. No refund will be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of travel. For special deals or promotional offers such as “Deal of the Day” packages, stricter conditions apply, with up to 100% cancellation charges. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval as per the booking terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds at Shine Airways India Pvt. Ltd. are processed in accordance with the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking. No refunds are provided for unused services, including missed sightseeing, meals, or optional activities. In cases where Shine Airways is at fault, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 45 working days and are transferred to the customer’s registered bank account using the original mode of payment. Refunds are not applicable for last-minute cancellations, “Deal of the Day” packages, or in the event of a no-show.
- Refunds for unused services (meals, sightseeing, guides, etc.) are not applicable.
- Refunds are processed only in cases of operational error by Shine Airways.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15–45 working days to the customer's bank account using the original payment method.
Travel Conditions
Travelers booking with Shine Airways India Pvt. Ltd. are expected to adhere to the itinerary and service inclusions outlined in their confirmed package. Any changes made by the traveler during the journey, such as skipping scheduled activities or altering routes, are done at their own discretion and risk, and no refunds will be provided for unused services.
The company is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip, whether at accommodations or in transit. Travelers are advised to carry proper identification and necessary travel documents at all times. Shine Airways reserves the right to withdraw services or cancel a trip without refund if a traveler’s behavior is deemed disruptive or poses a risk to others. All travelers are expected to comply with local laws, customs, and safety regulations throughout the duration of the journey
- The traveler must adhere to the itinerary provided.
- No refunds will be issued for missed services due to personal reasons.
- Shine Airways is not liable for personal losses or damages during the trip.
- The company reserves the right to revise package prices or modify services without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
